Edward Eng is an artist based in the bay area and lives in San Leandro. He is an artist specializing in ceramic sculptures to create compelling narratives about the relationship between humans and nature, with an emphasis on the climate crisis and how carbon emissions have affected the planet over the decades. Through the juxtaposition of familiar images and vibrant hues, he creates work are inspired by surrealism as well as scientific research that are not always what they be on the surface. He is currently pursuing a BFA in Spatial Arts at San José State University.
